We hope that you are thrilled to bits with your fabulous jewellery. We take pride and care to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, if however there has been damage caused in transit then please contact us within 5 days of receiving your jewellery.
If you have changed your mind then please contact us within 14 calendar days so we can organise its return for a refund or exchange, the item will need to be in perfect condition as well as in its original packaging.
We are not able to refund or replace pieces that have been damaged by accident, neglect or misuse.
we regret that earrings will not be refunded for health and safety reasons.
Custom orders or commissions as in those not generally listed on the website or that are personalsed may not be eligable for refund or exchange.
If you receive a piece that is defective or damaged please contact us within 5 working days and send us an image of the problem so we can help to get it sorted as swiftly as possible.
